“I have been working with Brian Gauthier and A Family Member HomeCare for over eight years. A Family Member HomeCare has a special talent for attracting, screening, and retaining quality Caregivers who are committed to their work in elder care. Brian and his administrative team are always there to respond to any of our Client’s needs even if it is at night or on a weekend. We can always depend on A Family Member HomeCare to communicate effectively with our Geriatric Care Managers so that our Clients are safe and well taken care of. A Family Member HomeCare understands the concept of doing ‘whatever it takes’ to meet each Client’s individual needs. It is not uncommon to find the owner Brian driving a Caregiver to a Client’s home when her car breaks down. In summary, A Family Member HomeCare has been an excellent company to work with on all levels. Most of our Clients require the valuable care of a trained Caregiver, and A Family Member HomeCare has always provided us with these special Caregivers.”
