A Family Member HomeCare employs only certified HHAs and companions with at least three years home care experience. Our screening process is second to none, and includes:
- Our Caregivers are Bonded and insured to $3,000,000 through Lloyd’s of London
- We go beyond the Agency for Health Care Administration Requirements for screening and selecting our Caregivers, including Nationwide Background Checks Motor Vehicle Reports, Written and Clinical Skills Tests, Physical Health Screening, Checking References, Worker’s Compensation Protection.
But being a good Caregiver is a difficult and sometimes thankless job. That's why we back our Caregivers and Clients up with a responsive 24-hour live support team comprised of a Client Manager, a Care Relations Manager, a Director of Nursing, and a Telephony Manager. Together we assure that you get the prompt, complete, professional, and caring service you seek.
